Foodpussy LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within the first 14 calendar days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@Foodpussy.com.
After the 14-day window, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused days in a billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law.
You may cancel your Foodpussy subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at admin@Foodpussy.com with your account details and description of the dispute. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
For unresolved disputes, you may file a complaint with your state consumer protection agency or initiate a chargeback through your payment provider. We ask that you contact us first so we may resolve the issue directly.
When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle with no prorated credit.
Custom development work, enterprise setup fees, and one-time professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced. These terms will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

These terms and all related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Foodpussy LLC complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Our software and services may not be exported or re-exported to countries subject to U.S. embargo, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region.
Foodpussy services may not be used by individuals or entities identified on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list, the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List, or any other applicable restricted persons list.
We screen all customers against Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) lists. If a match is detected, we are required by law to block or reject the transaction and may be required to report to the appropriate U.S. government agency.
By using Foodpussy services, you represent that you are not located in a restricted country and are not on any restricted persons list. You agree to use the platform only in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
All Foodpussy software, branding, documentation, and platform features are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodpussy LLC's total liability for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms apply to all promotional offers, discount codes, referral programs, seasonal sales, and special pricing events offered by Foodpussy LLC.
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Each code is valid for one-time use per account unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
Annual plan discounts (up to 20% off monthly rates) are applied when selecting annual billing. The discounted rate is locked in for the annual term. Upon renewal, the prevailing annual rate applies.
Referring an active paying customer entitles both the referrer and the referred customer to a credit as specified in the current referral offer. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Partner-specific promotions are subject to partner eligibility requirements. Foodpussy reserves the right to verify eligibility before honoring partner offers.
All promotions have specified expiration dates. Foodpussy LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
Any suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any credits or discounts obtained.

By creating an account or using any Foodpussy service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
Foodpussy provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including ordering, reservations, kitchen management, delivery, loyalty programs, and analytics tools, accessible via SaaS subscription.
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Foodpussy reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You agree not to use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable law, (b) transmit harmful code, (c) infringe intellectual property rights, (d) engage in fraudulent activity, or (e) interfere with platform integrity.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Foodpussy may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms without liability.
The platform is provided "as is." Foodpussy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
